Blue Eagle Home Services opened in 2017 as a result of Hurricane Harvey destroying much of the greater Houston area. Our owner and president, L. Dean West, saw how little his community knew about dealing with flooded homes and the resulting molds so he took on the challenge of becoming a Mold Assessment Consultant. A Mold MAC is licensed by the state to handle the testing of microbial growth, writing complete protocols to begin remediation, and even finding a seasoned company to provide turn-key remediation services under his watchful eye for his neighbors. As of 2023 we’ve inspected and remediated over 1,000 homes in the greater Houston area, also reaching out to Dallas, Austin and Louisiana to provide professional services to help them in their time of need.
