Mold Services

Mold.  No one wants it in their home.  Mold produces allergens and can cause health problems.  Although mold is naturally found in the indoor environment, it won’t grow without moisture, oxygen and product (wood, drywall, etc.).

Mold is a type of fungus that is present in our natural environment. Mold spores, which are tiny microscopic ‘seeds,’ can be found everywhere, including inside homes, and are a part of the general dust found in homes. These spores can start growing on building materials and furnishings if they get wet or stay moist. Mold growth should not be allowed in our homes. Eventually, the mold will damage what it is growing on, which may include both the building and personal belongings. The key to preventing mold growth is to prevent moisture problems and quickly fix and dry any water leaks or spills that might occur.

If you notice a musty smell in your house, you need to take action.  Our Mold Assessment Consultant is certified by the state of Texas to provide solutions to your problems.  From performing an Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) test to writing a protocol for remediation companies to follow, your problems can and will be addressed and repaired properly.
